I like how you spell 'em.
Makes me think of Peanuts for some reason...
Love the list ;)The only one on there that I can spell correctly without fail, is caterpillar. But, I cannot, for the life of me, pronounce it properly. You see, I'm a born and bred California girl. Here in Cali every letter of it is meant to be pronounced e.g. Cat-er-pill-ar. But my grandmother is from New England and taught me to pronounce it cat-ah-pill-ah.In my lifetime, I have managed to append that final 'r', but have never managed to insert that 'r' sound in the middle - and I doubt I ever will. Ah well, what are you going to do?
How about mairrage and freind?I always took it as a bad omen I couldn't spell them properly...
"How about mairrage and freind?"No, mispelling those is completely unneccesary.
Are these spelled correctly or incorrectly?
i dnot no?
(grinning)I had to look up coliseum, too. And THE coliseum is apparently spelled colosseum. Hmmm...who knew... I'm always screwing up the word "pumpkin" when I write it on paper. I don't know why but I always do...
