
It seems that over the weekend, everyone's favourite street artist, Banksy, placed a life-size replica of a Guantanamo Bay prisoner in a ride at Disneyland, California - a statement-and-a-half by anyone's standards.

Thanks so much for including the link to his site. I really, really like his art. I wish more people did actual art on the walls instead of tagging, which to me is the equivalent of dogs peeing to mark their territory.
ReplyDeleteI liked the one with Mickey, the napalm victim, and Ronald. It reminds me of some art I made out of Target brochure where I mixed images of Iraqi war victims with pictures of smiling families enjoying big screen televisions. Only mine was not nearly as good. Same idea, though.
Banksy is my hero.
